The ladies were great..especially Kammie...they took time to make sure I understood and did exersizes that would benefit me.

Spencer & Daniela were very helpful and gave me exercise that I could do. Also when I needed questions answered, they alway knew the answer, They both were very nice & I appreciated them coming out to help me.

Your staff was supportive and encouraging. I quickly saw an improvement in my strength and balance. They were great about increasing my exercise routine when needed. Everyone was professional and took time to explain how the exercises would help me rather than just telling me to do them.
