I’ve lived at Elite North Scottsdale for the past three years and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the community feels safe, and the amenities are well-kept. Maintenance is usually quick to respond, and the grounds are always clean. Beware! Not up front at all. I was quoted one price for rent, paid the $50 application fee, was approved, and then when the paperwork was sent to me, Mark-Taylor included these mandatory add-ons: - Building and Facilities Fee of $9.95 and - Maintenance Plus Package Fee of $149 for a combined total of $1,907.40 a year! I asked management what the building and facilities fee is for, and I was told it was for things like lightbulbs and light switches. Does anyone burn through $119.40 worth of lightbulbs every year?! We’ve rented from Elite North Scottsdale for over two years now, and while there were some adjustment periods early on, we’ve had a really positive experience overall. The management team has definitely improved over time, and the current leasing staff, especially Tia, has been absolutely fantastic. Maintenance is good, Carlos is the best, the most service minded, friendly, always smiling, quick and very knowledgeable! I’m happy with the location of our apartment, quiet and green when I look out our windows. Carlos and our location is the most positive things in elite. The containers for trash are disgusting, how staff can not educate the residents not to just throw everything over so most of the time the trash bags are outside the container and glass on the street. I lived in Elite North Scottsdale for two years and noticed significant improvements in response times. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to address any requests. The management staff is very helpful and communicative as well. I highly recommend this apartment!
