Fantastic. We found ourselves needing storage really quickly, and only for a week, and we ended up storing our effects with Elite. Well, things did not go as planned and we had to significantly extend our time with them from one week to almost 3 months. They were professional, courteous, and friendly every step of the way. In fact, I have to say that out of what was overall not such a great experience, they really stood out as one company that worked out really great. Highly recommend.

The staff, Chris and Kerry, were exceptionally friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. The facility is new, spacious and easily accessible. All in all an excellent experience. We would highly recommend.

Best facility on the island. It's the only facility in the greater Victoria area, where you are guaranteed a ground level unit, climate controlled.
My experience was excellent! I mainly communicated with Sheila who was awesome and made our moving so much easier to deal with. I also meet with Ruby and Brad who also were extremely helpful!
