Chris is awesome to deal with. From my first phone call - where he gave clear understanding on how to proceed with securing our storage to completing the paperwork - he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We recently had the need to arrange for a storage unit for my mother. I contacted Elite Self Storage Langford and spoke to Kari. She was very friendly and professional while advising me of the options and costs associated with their facility. When we arrived she was very helpful showing us the options and explaining the process. We purchased a unit and are very happy with the access, cost and professionalism of this team. REALLY happy we found this place. Kari was great - had us processed and going in under 10 minutes. We needed a place that was close as we're "moving slowly" and requiring multiple trips. Add to that it's basically brand new, the space we have is amazingly convenient for going in-and-out, and the half-price deal sealed the deal!
