When I initially visited Dr. Long I told her I was looking for someone who could think outside the box. I have a significant chronic health history, and for 7 years doctors have been looking into the same causes for my pain, shortness of breath, and fatigue. What's the definition of insanity? Dr. Long is efficient and exceptionally skilled. I appreciated her demeanor and the gentleness with which she handled all of my concerns.
Dr Long takes the time to listen. Then after diagnosing the problem she is great at explaining what it is and what needs to be done. She has excellent communication skills.
Dr. Long was so kind and personable. She explained everything so that I could understand and felt comfortable with the plan of action. She preformed the surgery a couple weeks later and everything went great. Just had my check in after surgery and she was just a pleasure to meet with. I will absolutely go back to Dr. Long if anyone I know needs a general surgeon.
I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Long. She was able to perform surgery when others would not. My quality of life has dramatically increased. Her office is very efficient and punctual.
I always enjoy seeing Dr Long. She is thorough and makes you feel so comfortable and relieved after getting your mammogram results each year. Dr Long is very personable and I feel like she’s a friend after having her as my surgeon nearly 15 years ago now. Dr. Long is a very skilled surgeon with great bed side manner. Willing to listen and answer the patient’s questions.
Dr. Long is probably the nicest dr. I have ever met. She explains everything very well and listens to concerns. She is also punctual with appointment times.
Bedside manner was great and she has a wonderful team. Most surgeons make you feel inferior but not this one. She is down to earth.
