Elizabeth made our refinancing process incredibly easy. She knew all the answers to the many questions we had and always returned phone calls within a couple of hours at the very most. The entire process took barely 30 days, when other mortgage companies told us it would take 60-90 days. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable!
