Elizabeth was amazing! She was quick to return emails or texts. She even made sure to give me a phone call at least once a week to just check our progress. On top of being quick and polite and good at what she does, she always had a positive attitude - it was never “if we get this house”, it was always “when we get this house” and that may seem small, but honestly during a crazy hectic stressful home buying process, that little bit of positivity makes all the difference!
