I'm not an easy person to deal with I'll just put it that way. The fact that this physician has listened to me and worked with me to find treatment goals is above grade. She remains educated in new medicine including the GLP-1 products. Under her management I have lost 45 lb and by liver enzymes are within a healthy range. If that is a measure of health then that be attributed to her knowledge and understanding. Doctor does our annual check ups and lab reports and health issues.
I was doctor Tree-Levasseur patient back to 17 years ago when I fighting with ovarian cancer, and doctor Tree-Levasseur treated me very well I remembered, she was very kind and patient listening what I need, gave me good advice, answers all my questions, special as English is not my first language and I she made me understood and I can depending on her as my family care doctor, it was touched my heart, and I am very apricated. Dr. Levasseur is caring and spends as much time with you as you need. I took off one star because you have to wait months to get in to see her and the wait time is horrible, also.
Dr. Levasseur is sweet and has a heart of gold BUT she's rarely on time although she will spend an excessive amount of time with you that means you may wait at least 1-2 hours for her. Her staff always seems overworked, ran ragged and drained. I don't question the quality of care my issue with her is consideration for my time. Canceled appointments due to her being overbooked and seen patients leave mad and not seen. Couldn't be her patient due to the disrespect of time and not having a 1/2 day carved out for an appointment.
Doesn't fill scripts on time, doesn't review anything to send to mychart for weeks (so it's not posted) doesn't return messages, doesn't return phone calls even when the nurses are the ones that suggest she call you back in between patients.
Doesn't treat what needs treatment. Acts like nothing is wrong.
My whole family has saw her for years and all she does is want to shove pills down everyone’s throats when it comes down to it. Ignorant woman. She also is just a lecturer, I’m sure she’s helped some people but she’s never done anything special for my family. She’s caused more issues if anything.
Ignorance and arrogance are ugly traits in a medical professional, unfortunately these fit her like a glove.
