Current Resident We have been at Green Tree Place for going on three years. I have to say that the newest team of management has really improved the living atmosphere within the complex. They are friendly and respond to emails or phone calls within 24 hours if not sooner. Maintenance also responds in about the same time frame and the property is landscaped every week which is nice. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of storage and it’s a quiet community. I would recommend to a friend :)

The best management in the city I have been a resident of Greentree Place for less than a year. My wife and I looked at almost every single apartment complex in the immediate area (Baymeadows and Southside) for a place that met what we were looking for in an apartment. From the beginning we knew we would eventually look for our own home to rent but we did not anticipate finding a home so quickly. In the meantime, we found Greentree Place. Love this place! I have lived at Greentree for 3 years while attending Law School. I love that I am so close to my school as well as shopping/dining. The maintenance staff is awesome and so friendly. The ladies in the office are always quick to help anytime I need anything. Moving from up north I was nervous about bugs, thankfully I rarely see any. I would say in the entire 3 years I have seen 2 cockroaches. The fitness center has lots of equipment and it open 24 hours so I appreciate being able to use it as well as the one ... read more

Homey and Relaxing Since the first day I moved in, and found the little "welcome home" card that Dawn left on my fireplace with a package of goodies, I felt so comfortable and like I was really in a place that cared. I had moved from another apartment in less than a year because it changed hands and went so far up on the rent I could not afford it. Friendly and Homey I am a senior citizen and needed to have a safe, friendly and comfortable environment after selling my home because of falling on hard times and unable to afford to stay in the home. great locatoin Have lived here for 4 years in two separate apartments. nice community that is relatively quiet, though it can be a bit loud if you are near the street. The apartments are nothing special, but are kept up well and i know some are upgraded. The kitchens are small. The maintenance staff is very friendly and does a great job. The 2 pools are okay, but the gym is not that great. The rent will go up every year if you re-sign. Greentree Place- As good as it looks online The 24 Hour Fitness Center is great and newly updated. It sits next to the pool and you can even see the small kids playground while you work out, so you can even bring the little along with you. The property is fairly close to the bus line. Rent payments were always easy because they off Electronic Rent Payment (ACH). There is Free Wifi in common areas such as the lobby and near the mailboxes center. Worst Apartment Ever My experience at Elliot Bay Meadows has been absolutely horrible. To start my significant other and I had to delay our move in date because the “renovations” were not finished. They moved our move in date 3 weeks later! Upon entering the apartment 3 weeks later it looked like no renovations ever took place. We filled out our form stating damages at move in but also requested some of them to be repaired immediately due to safety and health.
