Please DO NOT live here I was scheduled to move in July 2022, they postponed my move in date twice. Fortunately I took a look at the complex. It's in terrible condition. Does not look like any of the pictures posted, they are heavily edited. Management is terrible. I beg you to live anywhere else besides here. If I could give 0 stars or less I would.
Unorganized and unfinished After living here for a couple days, we noticed that the sinks were leaking, the toilet didn’t flush as the string inside was held together by paper clips, the washer and dryer were not the ones they showed us in their tour, the shower feels like you’re being sprayed by a fire hose, the rooms and closets are humid and damp, the water heater is held together with duct tape, and the tub is peeling. Safety & security of apartments not a priority I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and while overall, my experience has been pleasant, it truly is dependent on management and their level of community involvement and compassion. At times, my biggest issues have only been solved by a negative online review. Most recently, I discovered an animal in my chimney about an hour after the office closed. Worst Service I’ve ever seen!!! 1. Upon my arrival my apartment was filled with flees from the previous renters. Apartment took 2 weeks to respond properly with pest control. 2. Upon my arrival there was hair from the last renter in my drawers. 3. Upon arrival my apartment air conditioning was broken. Apartment maintenance blamed me for 3 months that I didn’t know how to use a thermostat. They finally replaced the air conditioning but broke it during the 3 month period even worse. 4. Roaches Bad roach problem. First day moving in roaches came crawling up walls in numbers from under the carpets. Transferred to new unit and same exact problem. Even more roaches. My family lost 1000’s just by signing a lease at this infested place awful awful experience. Never actually spent a night in this place due to the infestation and leasing office had audacity to still charge us smh. Extremely stressful and office seemed to not care. Couldn't leave zero stars Where do I begin.. let me start with the ROACHES, pest, thin walls, you can hear your downstairs and next door neighbors TV. The office management is awful and never answer the phone and are somehow never there from 12-2pm. The grounds are never kept clean, dogs poop everywhere, trash, etc. This place is the worst apartment in JAX and i was so happy when my lease finally ended. Save yourself time and $ and avoid this place. 2018
GreenTree Place Apartments - Jacksonville, FL I filled out an application on June 6, 2017. I paid my fees on June 7, 2017. On June 8, 2017 I was approved and signed my lease on online with a move in date of June 15, 2017.
