Best management in Jacksonville The property manager, Rochelle is always a pleasure to interact with. No matter what sort of problem I am having she does her absolute best to rectify the situation. The apartments I have been in are well maintained.

I Love It Here I’ve been here for roughly 6 months and i love the decision i made. I’ve had some maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved with Dre and Alex’s help!! And if i have any questions Sara and Joe is always there to answer!!

Verified Renter I love the convenience of the apartment location. I dont like the response time of maintenance which is basically nonexistent. The trash compactor keeps breaking, so residents are forced to leave trash bags outside the compactor and we received a letter threatening to charge ridiculous fees for EACH bag that is left whether it belongs to me or not.
