Verified Renter The community is pretty responsive to my requests. They were spot on during a recent complicated electrical issue, though it took three visits to totally diagnose and complete repairs. Overall very satisfied. This is a large community with a diverse population. They go above and beyond for little appreciation reminders.

Verified Renter GreenTreePlace is an old but pleasant sometimes gated rental community that charges rental rates like it is newer and more updated and always gated. The maintenance crew that changes often, tries to keep up with the ever popping up repairs. Management is probably overtaxed by numerous problems that they have few solutions for. I dont want to leave as I like my location but maybe priced out by next rate height.

Love my Apt!! I moved into the complex August 2018. I changed my mind on which apartment I wanted about 2 or 3 times before actually moving in. The office staff was always so friendly and accommodating. Atwal was especially nice. She is always smiling and very willing to help. The maintenance team is good too. I don’t have any complaints regarding my actual apartment. It is nice and cozy and most of all I feel very safe. If I had anything to say it would be regarding my neighbors who live above me.
