We have used ***************************** in *************, ** at all our properties in ********** since the heat wave during the summer of either **** or 2006. Our AC went out on Thursday. On Friday they came out and estimated the replacement. Saturday it was installed. Excellent company to work with! The team did a thorough job removing old natural gas lines and installing new gas lines in our home. The quote was detailed and fair and the job was done when scheduled and completed on time.

Very Responsive to my request for a price quote and the follow-up to the **** quote acceptance. Back office support was very knowledgeable of the purchasing processes and the automation of product purchases and contracts. The project was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. The installers were very thorough and did nice clean and neat installation work.

They were terrific. It was about 90 degrees in our house when our central air-conditioner stopped working. They came back in 3 days to install new units. However, because it would have been hard to tolerate the heat for 3 days, they installed 2 window air-conditioners in the most frequented rooms in our house (kitchen-dining-living room areas and our bedroom) that first day.I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with air-conditioning or heating.

Excellent service.hated to see the techs leave, they were so friendly and informative. I was referred by my plumber who promised he would only let these folks do the ** at his home. From first tech visit for diagnosis to final day of installation of new split system was 1 week! Amazing. Price was fair.Would use them again in a heartbeat.Side storywas having a wedding at my house 10 days after the ** failed.my wedding! expected close to 30 family and friends..still think it was a miracle that I found these guys.

We had a new heat pump installed and they did awesome job. Very professional and prompt service and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them.
