RecommendedOur A/C went off in the middle of the night on this past Saturday, Labor Day Holiday weekend. I called their 24hr service line and Ray called me back at 1:30 A.M. to tell me we would be his first call in the morning. He arrived, accessed the problem, explained it to me and had it up and running in short order. This is only one, of many times that they have treated us like family. My wife and I want to say: Thank You; to Ray and Gary McElwee for providing such excellent service to us and the community.

RecommendedOur combined heating / AC unit has been on it's last legs for 2 years. The AC portion went down on a very hot morning and Elliott- McElwee techs were able to get it back up by mid afternoon. We decided to replace the unit and they were able to do that within 3 weeks and even took some money off the cost since they had done a repair! The field techs were great and Ray, Trish and Gary were easy to work with.

The technicians were friendly, competent, cleaned up each day and the work was done in the time that was quoted. The office staff always answered the phone, answered all my questions and very helpful with paperwork that I had to submit.
