RecommendedOur A/C went off in the middle of the night on this past Saturday, Labor Day Holiday weekend. I called their 24hr service line and Ray called me back at 1:30 A.M. to tell me we would be his first call in the morning. He arrived, accessed the problem, explained it to me and had it up and running in short order. This is only one, of many times that they have treated us like family. My wife and I want to say: Thank You; to Ray and Gary McElwee for providing such excellent service to us and the community.
