I'm actually still shaking from the fact that my husband was just threatened with physical harm by someone alluding that she had a gun and would meet him outside. Why? Because as we were leaving theater 12 he told her that next time she went to a movie she should consider not being rude and talking through the entire movie. I bought two tickets for my 16 year old daughter and her friend Emagine theater here in Canton to watch Pus in boots after 6:00. Drop them off and get a call and they won’t let them in without someone over21 . There is nothing on the internet and they have nothing on their phone service that says this policy. The staff at this location treated me and my family very poorly when we tried to come and enjoy some family time together watching a movie. I bought a total of 10 tickets. And when security over stepped and wrongfully removed my kids from the theater while I was at the customer service desk they have yet to truly apologize for the incident or admit that there staff was wrong in this issue. Sat in the parking lot annoyed! A distracted employee gave us the wrong tickets and told us the wrong theater number… as a result we watched over ten minutes of some Nicolas Cage movie confused… my friend went to the desk to make sure we asked for the correct movie and we did. However the cashier selected the wrong area.
