RecommendedI would happily give this a 5 star rating, as the theater deserves, except that my family and I froze watching the movie. I understand that it's hot out, but when we have to wear pants and sweaters in the summer in order to enjoy a movie, guys...it's time to reevaluate the thermostat! That, and it's great seeing patrons carrying blankets in... Please address this issue.
I was frustrated by the fact that my recliner did not work, and all that the usher did was say that it would take too long to fix, so I had to just deal with it. I wish that I would have been offered a different seat or a partial refund, especially given the $10 ticket price.
Not sure why the first few rows seats are so different than the rest. Feet are barely reclined. I have to lay completely back just to put feet up a little which then makes it difficult to eat popcorn.
Really cool theatre - pity about the stupidly annoying piano in the lobby.
