spent over $200 on tickets, food, and drink for my family. asked 3x for no jalapenos on any of the food (wife is deadly allergic). pizza and (2) nachos still had them. They then "closed" the bar early, even though the sign said open. very over priced, and unprofessional. not to mention the people next to us felt inclined to put their purses and belongings on my daughter's seat, and were "very offended" when I asked them to move their belongings. will not go there again.

I am utterly disgusted with your management at Emagine Royal Oak. I specifically bought my tickets for 3 From Hell - Night One instead of 3 From Hell - Night Three for the free poster. I bought the tickets months in advance and showed up tonight over a half of an hour in advance, only to find out that few got the posters, as they were stolen by greedy patrons of the movie and others who were not even seeing the movie, just walking by and seeing free stuff (even had another guest confirm this to my face). The late night shows are a good deal for only 4.75 but it’s seriously the DIRTIEST movie theater I’ve ever been in that place is a wreck . Bathrooms are filthy paper towel holder half off the wall. Food and popcorn everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE! When we left there was not one single worker in sight ? Hmmm wondering if they all went home cuz we couldn’t find anyone when we walked out of our movie. What a shame to have to have such a nice theater but no one taking care of it . Very disappointed with this place our movie kept pausing for 10 minutes I went to complain and never once did they offer a refund for 5 people watching or offer to give us free movie tickets for a future movie and the bathrooms are still not fixed!
