Have had many great experiences but last experience wasn’t to great. The manager provided tickets for free admission to next movie for the inconvenience but we accidentally misplaced them. Reached out this morning to explain we misplaced them and were basically told “sorry” by Brandon. There was no conversation about it just silence. We got free cheese popcorn refills and now they charge for refills . We will stick with Marcus from now on . The regular popcorn sucks here anyway . They nickel and dime you at this place ! Don’t waste your money and go to Marcus ! Marcus you can’t hear the movie next to the movie your watching either. We heard the movie playing next to ours the whole time . The girl behind the counter was rude the whole time and should find herself a new job she likes !
Sorry to say but this theater is insanely OVERPRICED! the staff is not polite either. Food was brought to our seats and the staff forgot to bring a tray so he got irritated that he had to walk and get one. YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO DO YOUR JOB. for just pretzel bites and a drink it was close to 20$ that is insane.

I feel that it’s terrible they canceled $5 Tuesday in Lake Geneva only. They dazzled us with great promotions when they opened and now the prices are going up and they pulled a bait and switch with their promotion.

We did fix our website to better communicate that the $5 promotion wasn't available in Wisconsin, we apologize if the website gave you the wrong impression! Management has no idea what they are doing. Over charged at regester.. employee didnt know how to refund so called manager. Manager admitted mistake but couldnt figure out how to make a refund... offered me more stuff instead of cash refund. Able to choose seats when purchasing tickets... but after refund delay found our seats had been taken.
