Well for starters I think adult price should go back to $6.00 before six o'clock on weekends. Food and pop there is expensive as it is and they also need a healthier menu. Other then that my kids and I enjoy going to the Emagine theater. Recliners are comfortable . More horror movies. I really don't wanna take my business elsewhere . Please more horror movies.
Several times we told the usher that the sound was way too loud and there we no previews only sound. We go all the time but this time was disappointed.

I purchased 7 tickets a day before our movie. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. I selected 4 seats in one row and 3 seats in the row directly in front so we could keep an eye on the kids. When we got to the theater we discovered that one of the seats in the row I had selected 3 was a "handicapped" seat meaning you need a wheel chair to sit there. The website did not specify this when I booked the seats. They wanted to break us up into groups of 4, 2 and leave one person by themselves in a totally separate row. RecommendedEverything was great except the bathroom needs attention. Some of the locks are broken on the stall doors and several of the stalls were filthy.
Recommendedit is just too bad that the pizza tastes bad. would be a perfect dinner in a movie all in one if the food was good. popcorn is awesome though
Worst place ever for customer service. There should never be a reason not to refund your ticket fare when you couldn't make it to the movie because your car breaks down . They lie to you here! Mgmnt told me come on in we will refund you anytime...but said no when I came for it. Mgr Mike is incompetent . Sad when people like this ruin good business!
