Worst place ever for customer service. There should never be a reason not to refund your ticket fare when you couldn't make it to the movie because your car breaks down . They lie to you here! Mgmnt told me come on in we will refund you anytime...but said no when I came for it. Mgr Mike is incompetent . Sad when people like this ruin good business!
Just wondering why horror movies are typically ignored or released weeks after MJR and AMC? I guess I'll just not plan to go to emagine to see these films. Pretty weak.

Hey Emagine you started off strong with a new higher class feel, and better movie going experience. Since then parking is a nightmare, your kiosks seem to not work frequently and now if you want separate container to split the popcorn you hand over tiny paper bag expecting your clientele who drove past at least two other theaters to just figure it out. Well you guys need to figure it out and fast!
They can't even get the basics right. Walked into the theater half an hour before a 12 o'clock showing for Star Wars and the movie was already playing and continued to run for 15 minutes. Talk about ruining the ambiance. Then, once the movie did start at its scheduled time the house lights didn't dim. I had to get out of my seat and go find an employee whose answer was "Ugh, I think they're on dimmers?" Ya think so? Incompetent staff. Never again.
My only suggestion would be to not allow people to leave single seats when they buy online.
Recliner wouldn't stay in one spot. Kept reclining on its own. Two hours spent pressing the button to return it to where it started. Manager apologized but I don't feel that's enough to make up for a frustrating and uncomfortable two hours spent. And two of seven stalls in the women's restroom were out of order, making for a long line!
