It takes too long standing in line to pay for tickets!
Third time here. We paid extra for luxury seats but the theater had obviously not been cleaned & there was no usher so we 3 young guys behind us who talked through the whole movie. There was no one to talk to when I went to the lobby either. On the way out we saw a security guard sitting on a counter by the bowling area. Very disappointing after 2 good visits. At least the movie was good.
Star lanes restaurant has dramatically changed their food menu that is no longer versatile a lot of my favorites gone. I really don't like this change and my family and I are frequent patrons! Please reverse this !
