So earlier today I attempted to see a movie at Emagine Theatres. After getting two hot dogs and grabbin a drink I headed into the theater and see a bunch of people staring at me. There was a presentation going on in the theater that I was now in front of with two hotdogs and a large drink. So I did the normal thing and back out slowly as everyone stared at me. I want to give 5 stars, I really do. But I can't. The whole reason I drove out of my way to go to this location was that I saw their "no kids after 6pm policy," online and was excited to see Finding Dory without having to worry about rowdy children ruining my movie. I was at the 9:30 PM screening, and was sat directly next to a toddler. The online policy says "no kids after 6PM," but the front doors say "no kids under 17 after 6pm unless accompanied by an adult." On 4/10/16, I received a parking ticket while I was in line paying for my parking spot. The ticket was stamped at 13:04 (1:04) and my receipt for parking is stamped at 13:10 (1:10). I gave the ticket and receipt to the manager. (I took photos of the receipts) Michael, the manager says he'll make sure that it gets taken care of, but as of today (4/22/16) it still hasn't been taken care of you. They need to turn off the AC it still winter time and they have the movie theaters cold as crap everytime I go I have to ask them to turn the air down and it seem like they turn it up instead of down always have to bring a big blanket for me and my daughters and whoever else I go with which is way too much to do while you're trying to carry your popcorn and drinks and whatever other snacks we get.
