Embrace Pet Insurance has been helpful and easy from the start. I got a phone and they helped me step by step until everything was finished. When I submitted my first claim it was quick and easy. It tells you what you to do in order and if you forgot something it makes sure that you don't go to the next page or confirms that you want to leave the page without the added information. I highly recommend.
Just insured our new forever family member 8 week old Moses (Golden Retriever) with Embrace. Our 9 year old Ms Pink passed this summer and was insured with Embrace for the entire 9 years of her life. During which time she had numerous cancer surgeries and other ailments. Unfortunately our sweet Charlie was diagnosed with lymphoma earlier this year. It was nice to not even have to consider the financial aspect when deciding on treatment. The chemo was super expensive. Although the chemo didn't end up working and had to lay our sweet boy to rest, Embrace paid every claim we submitted quickly, and they were very kind with me while going through this difficult time (shout out to Andee). They did a great job covering my pet for some recent expenses and I was pleased. They have always been good for the past 9 years. Then my policy renewed in March, and the price went up about 145% more than what I was paying before!!! They would have gotten a lot better score if that hadn't happened.
Embrace Pet Insurance has been worth every penny! Not only did we save thousands of dollars when our Girl Scout had a poisoning emergency - but love that our Wellness checks/vaccinations are covered too! The website is SO easy to use to submit claims and when we've interacted with customer service and their veterinary team it's been an outstanding experience. Highly recommend Embrace to any/all pet owners!
