Intermountain was by far the most honest and the least expensive of the window companies we contacted. There was no pressure sales and they were polite and prompt. The workers did a great job, were on time and cleaned up each day. Our mother-in-law has also recently used Intermountain and was pleased with the quality of windows she received and the price. Intermountain replaced all the windows and the sliding door in our home with high quality vinyl windows. We had a mold problem with the old windows and that has gone away s... read more

Dear Angie's list member; Thank you for kind and thoughtful response and to your mother-in-law as well. I do appreciate you candid comments. Glad the mold problem is now under control. Respectfully, Don Clayton, Pres.
Not responsive in getting a written quote. Needed a picture window replaced.
Business response:
We apologize for your not getting your quote. We are under new ownership now and while this was quite a long time ago we still value the importance of communicating well with our customers. If there is anything we can do please contact us at (425) 486-6162. Thank you, Andy Wigen.
Horrible. Be warned! We have been waiting since August to get the work done. Quotes were drawn and approved. Money was paid. Today, I emailed to confirm that the start date of 11/7 was still in effect, and we got an email back from the General Manager that the work was beyond their scope and they won't be doing the work. They charged over $7,500 on our credit card, and to date, the money has not been refunded. They claim they had emailed me a month ago to let me know this - although both my husband and I never received an em... read more

Hello [Member Name Removed], We certainly understand your frustration and disappointment that this project was determined to be out of our scope of work. We initially accepted the signed contract on September 7th 2016 along with the required deposit. Once we had our field expect further inspect the project on Wednesday, September 21st, he and the owner of Intermountain Glass had a very in depth discussion as to how we could feasibly complete your project all while keeping our employees safe. It was determined on October 6th ... read more
All staff (scheduler/office personnel, estimator, installers) were friendly, and those who made appointments arrived on time. So far, so good. I don't have the expertise to assess quality with confidence but do know that the initial installer disagreed with the guidance of the estimator on one of the three windows and with quality of the manufactured product (bead) on a second. (The third window was installed at the initial appointment and appears to be fine.) The problems at the initial appointment with the other two window... read more

We contracted with Intermountain Glassto installa pet door we had purchased inour upstairssliding glass door screen. They attempted to complete the work 3 different times, but each time the installer visited there turned out to besomething wrong with what they had done. Finally, we agreed to pay them for their best effort (still incredibly shoddy)rather than hassle with them any further. My wife and I repaired their work ourselves. We then installed an identical pet door in the identical sliding glass door screen downstairs ... read more

. Asked for a representative to come to our home for estimate of door replacement. He came, took measurements and 10 minutes later left stating he would get in touch with me about options. It has been almost 3 weeks and no response. I contacted the office 2 weeks after the initial evaluation and I was contacted to the representatives voicemail. I left a message and still waiting for a response.
Business response:
I am so sorry that our sales representative neglected to get in touch with you in a timely manner. We really appreciate your feedback and have addressed the importance of a timely response with all of our staff. Thank you. Intermountain Glass
Requested estimate for windows replacement. Someone came out we discussed options for windows but never received a quote back from them. Requested estimate for windows replacement. Someone came out we discussed options for windows but never received a quote back from them.

I am sorry you did not accept our proposal dated 5/06/2016 perhaps you still need time to make your decision. Thank you for the opportunity to assist with your window replacement project. Shane Drollinger, sales associate.
Good quality installation but sloppy workmanship. Replaced two windows and a sliding glass door. Overall the windows are great quality. The installers however damaged the ceiling and walls around the sliding glass door, stepped on and bent the blinds and installed the screen on the sliding door with holes in the screen. When I pointed out the holes they seemed annoyed, but said they would replace it. Two weeks later a new sliding screen showed up on my front porch. I had to remove the broken one, install then new one and dis... read more

Thank you for pointing out our short fall regarding the installation, “Your opinion does matter” good or bad these comments improve our service, employee confidence and morale. I do hope your are enjoying your new windows. Don Clayton, Pres.
After speaking with numerous contractors, we went with IMG. Reason for selecting them was price, experience, and they were one of the only contractors who proposed 'dropping' the sills to make the windows larger, an idea we really liked. Work was scheduled for two weeks in June. This is a big, complex project, which involved replacing nearly 250 sq ft of sloped glazing on the roof, and nine large 4'x6' windows, six of which would be enlarged. They were also going to encase the supporting beams in MDF, to give them a more mod... read more
