Lovely Property and in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and water sports. 2nd time we stayed here. Both times we had nights where a band played until 2am making it hard to sleep.

My family had the best time staying at Emerald Grande. We spent a lot of time at the beach which means most of our interaction with staff was limited to the crew on the shuttle boat as well as on the beach. This group of guys display the highest level of customer service that I have seen. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do and enjoy taking care of their guest as well as any need.
