This weekend was my first time staying at the emerald. Great location!!! Plenty of activities to do on the harbor walk. Everything was nice except when I checked in. Kaloynee was very rude and unprofessional. Maybe it was the end of her shift, she was impatient and not knowledgeable of certain things. Thankfully Megan came and saved the day because I was about to cancel the entire stay there. Room could have been cleaner, found almonds under the pull out. Emerald Grande is perfect for family vacations! It is located in the center of beaches, shopping, restaurants, adventurous activities; however it's quite when you want you wind down.

We stayed in GV05 and had a gorgeous view with a huge patio right by the pool. Pool bar, nice restaurant with good food, great workout room with a view to die for, clean, quite, and you can just walk down to HarborWalk Village for entertainment, dinner, drinks, etc. We love this place and will definitely be back, however I do suggest that locks are put on the gates to the private patio.
