I very much enjoyed my stay at the Emerald Grande. The view was breath taking. The service was very accommodating. Would definitely suggest this being the place to stay if you're visiting Destin.
Absolutely beautiful resort. We are staying in a 3 bedroom presidential unit and it is so roomy. We look out over the bay and the activity never stops. The onsite Grand Vista restaurant is fabulous. We would love to come back again.
I have to agree with many others. We have been staying at the Emerald Grande since it first opened and it used to be amazing. We always stay in 1 of the wrap around balcony, 3 bedroom units facing the water. It seems as though customer service is declining drastically. We said last year would be the last, but decided to give it another shot. Things seem to be falling apart and not well maintained. The rooms are not being cleaned well and do not call the front desk because they treat you like a major inconvenience. It is so d... read more
The suite sleeps 8, over 30 linear feet of kitchen cabinets/ cupboards, but cookware for two people. Lamp in master bedroom doesn't work, bunk beds are broken so we were short one bed, dryer doesn't work, and TV in one of the bedrooms doesn't work. Told guest services but wasted my breath. Long wait time for elevators.
The sunset suite was amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Great room, wonderful amenities, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Emerald Grande!
