We stayed at Emerald Grande the first year it was open, and we've made several more trips during different times of the season... We've enjoyed every single stay.. It's our favorite place to stay... I've been reading reviews and noticed that there have been some negative reviews.... I've not once had a problem with anything ever being taken care of... Had the most wonderful time! It was valentine's day and it was a busy time at the Emerald Grande, but that didn't change the quality of the service we received. From the condo, the spa services, the restaurant downstairs, the valet, room service, and the special valentine's touches we added everything was on par!
