They showed up at the appointment time and started work. I would have liked them to ring the doorbell to let me know they were here because we have a dog which has free access to the back yard. The work was done as expected and they did a lawn analysis of what else it could use. I told them I would think about those services. Came on time and took estimate. Technician arrived after 3 days for the treatment, everything went as expected
The lawn at our one year old house was looking a little brown and ragged. It looks better after one Emerald treatment. We were so pleased we signed up for yearly service. They were courteous and professional. And on time!
They came out and did a thorough job of inspecting my lawn. They showed me their yearly treatment plan and how it would help out my lawn and save money on water. Since this initial visit I still have them treating my lawn with great success.
