I haven't interacted with them much since they do the work when I'm not home, but they've been very communicative by email and phone. The lawn looks much better too. They've been doing so well, in fact, that I purchased yearly service from them.
I purchased aan Angies List Big Deal. Emerald Lawns contacted me and scheduled an initial consultation in a timely manner. After inspecting my lawn they made several suggestions of additional services that would improve the condition of my lawn, all of which I am sure my lawn needs. However, when I told them I only wanted the aeration at this point, there was no pressure of any kind to purchase additional services. Excellent. Very quick and effective
It went well, I really like the company. They were on time. They deliver what they promise. No complaints.
They were fine. I had various services, so it hard to say I have worked. They were very professional and responsive.
The scheduling was a little later than I anticipated but, I'm sure the Angie's List pre-sale was a pretty hot item. They did show up when they said they would. I had a drip line that went from my planting beds to my oak tree that got punctured but, it's not their fault since I didn't warn them that it was there. All and all a great value, and I can see the results on my lawn. I'm not watering any more than I ever have and all of the bare patches are covering over in grass.
