On time, etc. Did very good job of aerating & offered lawn tips. Price was very good for a 1/2 acre lawn.
Showed up at the appointed time and provided a written detailed estimate for the services requested.When the estimate was provided I asked approximately when the service would be provided. I was told 1-3 weeks but it would not be 3-weeks more likely within 2 weeks. As it turned out it was almost 3 weeks to the day before the aeration and top dressing was completed, after some rain delay. I was a little disappointed with the amount of top dressing applied. Hello (Member Name). I'm glad you were happy for the most part and expectations should have been explained better. 1/2-1" compost would be to rich for your lawn. You would have a bunch of burnt areas or worse. We can do 1/2 inch thick but we would have to change the mix up so that it wouldn't be so rich. The service was wonderful. Jenny came out and did the assessment of my lawn on May 29th.She was so helpful in identifying what I did and did not need and offering suggestions. Russell came out to do the aeration. I plan on having them back out to do lawn fertilizing.
They did an excellent job on the lawn aeration. We bought the discounted deal on Angie's List.
They made the appointment and arrived as they said they would. This is the second service that they have don e for us. I am going to make an appointment now for other services with this company.
