Good except broke a pipe that was not buried deep enough. Although it was not there fault. I would have appreciated an offer to repair the pipe quickly at an good additional price. They should be prepared for this issue.
Everything went well. The scheduling was easy, they did the work as promised, and the office staff was great, too.

The folks from Emerald come by 8 times a year and treat/fertilize our lawn. The cost is usually $43 except every now and then when it is more ($70-140). It's all handled on an agreement so nothing is a surprise. They have done a good job, so far, on our lawn getting it to look good.
We bought the deal because they had done good work for us on a previous occasion, and everything was fine as usual. They called a day before to confirm the appointment, they arrived on the scheduled date, and they did the work as promised. Ultimately, we have no issues with the work at this point.
