scheduling was challenging. I gave them the addresses, they sent me estimates for other services- I didn't want other services, just aeration. I had to call them back months later since they hadn't yet done the work. But once I called they scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner to my satisfaction.
The service was great. They showed up on time and finished the job very quickly. They did not break any of my irrigation sprinkler heads and they were clean. The price was very reasonable.
This is my second year with Emerald Lawns and still loving them. I have a huge lawn, 12,000 sq. ft. and since they have taken care of my lawn it has been healthier, greener, and more water efficient. My water bill has decreased by almost half! You just can't get better than that.
