The guy came on time and was fine. He missed one patch of the lawn.
The guy showed up after giving me a heads up call. Much appreciated. Did a good job where I specified. Was prompt and efficient. I was pleased with the results.
After the work was performed I inspected the coverage of the aeration. I was impressed with the attention to detail and coverage.
First, let me say that I couldn't be happier with the company, the service and the price. It cost $49 to have my entire yard (front and back) aerated - which is on a par with what it would cost me to rent the equipment so that I could do it myself. What a deal!! The folks at Emerald lawns were very friendly, courteous, polite and punctual from the person who answered the phones, to the sales representative who made the initial visit, to the workman who actually did the job. super company. responsive, professional and effective. we used EL at our previous house, so when we moved into a foreclosure that had been empty for over a year, we transferred the service over. we pre-paid for a yearly plan to get a discount, and Luke's team did the rest. within 2 years our yard went from weeds and dead to one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. honestly, I told Luke I need to cut back on his service next year because thegrass grows too fast and is too thick. it needs too much mowing! you can't go wrong... read more
