I signed up for a "Big Deal" on Angie's list. The company came promptly and was ready to treat my lawn, but I stopped them because I don't want "weed and feed" products around my trees. In the end they put some organic fertilizer and that was all they could do for me because I do not want anything but organic treatment in my yard and garden. I did not sign up for further service. They were very polite and understood my issues with chemicals.
It went okay, they didn't put down a whole lot but for $25 it's fine. They were very nice. I tended to have less weed than I usually do. It wasn't perfect but it was better than usual.
They're a good company. They called me immediately and came out within the week. I was super impressed with them and I wish more companies would act like them. They were on the ball and my lawn is starting to look pretty good!
The technician was prompt, polite and performed the service in a timely fashion. He called me ahead as promised. The work was complete and to specifications.
They come out to do a free analysis and the guy that came out and talked to us was very knowledgeable about all things yards, the type of grass, they type of weeds and so on. He talked about other services that they could provide for us if we ever needed them. He said they would be out the next week and they did. Came for the Big Deal to do a lawn fertilization and treatment. Person came to check out lawn, I mentioned I wanted the front lawn redone. Wrote me an estimate on the spot. I was very impressed with how professional she was. Emerald Lawns came and did the treatment on time and efficiently. I called to set appointed for front lawn. Came on time and was again very professional. So impressed, I also signed up for their every six week treatment service.
It was an overall excellent experience. I plan to get on full service in the future.
