They were honest and helpful. They showed us spots to add soil to the yard for better growth in the coming year.
I called and set an appointment with them. They arrived on thetime they said. They gave me a call to remind me of the appointment, which I appreciated. They did the job as described and returned as few days later to check out how the weeds were responding. Then a few days later they called and came out again to re-treat the weeds. They were able to do the service without being me home. As far as I can tell everything went well.
Emerald Lawns has been providing fertilizing services for my lawn for the last year and a half and have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive if there are any issues with weed treatment etc. The lawn looks good.
Professional, courteous staff was quick to call me to arrange an appointment for services. Lawn technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and made suggestions to improve my lawn. I had a lot less weeds as a result of his advice this spring!! Would highly recommend.
This is the second review. One day after I submitted my first review, Emerald Lawn called me. They explained that there was misunderstanding and offered another free service. A service technician just came and provided a service. He was very courteous. Although I haven't checked their performance yet, I am satisfied with their responsiveness to my concern. I'll use Emerald Lawn again if there's any need.
