Horrendous pet care. Was told one thing on the phone and another in person. That Kia Keea w/e tf you spell it, girl is lazy as hell always with an attitude the moment you even call smh. If she’s this bad with humans just imagine animals 🙄. Lucky I wasnt there. Parents took my dog with a post op complication from anal gland removal and was told not normal on the phone then normal in person so what is it? I saw a dog standing in a parking lot bleeding. My instinct was to pull over and pick it up and rush it to the nearest vet. Considering the head trauma I felt this was the best way to go. When I arrived they were slow and didn’t act quickly. I was brought back to a room where I was asked to pay in full. I told them it was a stray but I was claiming ownership to get the dog what it needed. They did x rays and assessed the damage. The quoted me $7900 for surgery on the dogs jaw. RIDICULOUS!!!! Yesterday 5/22/24 I had came home from work at 3 something and noticed vomit in Saviors kennel. I immediately took her outside to go potty ( like I usually do) i came back in and cleaned her kennel super good. She just sat there and watched me.. was not acting herself. I regret to share my disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite waiting patiently for an hour and a half with my dog, I was disheartened when another customer who arrived after me was attended to before us. This sequence of events left me questioning the fairness of their service. I feel compelled to express that I believe the outcome would have been different had I been perceived differently. Consequently, I would advise against seeking services at this location based on my encounter.
