The staff was super nice and understanding when we brought our puppy Luke in. He had dog bloat in his tummy We just recently lost our 10 yr old dog and got Luke a couple weeks ago and the staff were very sympathetic to our fears and feelings. They ran tests and results came back quickly. They kept him overnight to give fluids and monitor. We got to pick up our happy Luke this morning. Thank you for taking care of him!!

One of my cats became ill over the weekend had to stay all day and overnight. It was a scary situation and I'm so glad this clinic was nearby. We had multiple shifts of veterinarians and technicians taking care of him, and everyone here was just wonderful. My cat got excellent care and attention and, despite it being very busy, the staff was incredibly patient and sensitive to us, his very worried parents! While I hope to never have to visit again, I would certainly recommend and return if the need arises.

I took my French bulldog to Emergency Pet Care on 03-17-17. He had an obstruction he ate a cat toy. Dr Martinez from Oak Ridge Animal Clinic sent me to them. Because she said he will probably have to have surgery. Dr Quillivan was on duty and she is absolutely wonderful! She got him stable ( he was critical when we got there) she supported him medically and got him to passed the toy among other things. Also want to also thank Dr Holter she was the am doctor. They saved my little Batman!! Will highly recommend them to anyone!... read more
