As a patient, I can be a handful. Dr. Marks has been my pain management doctor for a couple of years and I agree with the other reviews. He is an outstanding listener. He cares about my quality of life. He recognizes the significant pain and anxiety I experience with in-person appointments, and accommodates my needs by allowing primarily virtual visits. I began seeing Dr Marks in 2021.I had just about given up on finding an empathetic provider.He and his staff always answer emails and inquiries.I feel comfortable talking to them about my concerns and medical issues.I feel blessed to have found them.
Dr. Petty showed a real concern of what was causing my leg pain. He did an ultrasound on my leg and gave me his opinion of what was causing my pain. A follow up appointment with another doctor confirmed his diagnosis of my leg and now I have pursued other treatments. Thanks so much for your advice.

I moved last year, and he was treating me for pain management. He told me when I consulted him about changing doctors to my new location that if I needed him I was always welcome back. I recently talked with him via video phone, and he is becoming my pain management doctor again. He listens intently, asks great. Is extremely supportive and great at problem solving, and thoroughly genuine and makes me feel valued. Dr. Petty took the time to explain everything he was doing and to answer all of my questions. He was thorough, efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
Was very accommodating, explained procedure well, and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. I experienced no real pain or discomfort during the procedure.
