It was a great experience from start to finish. Making the appointment. The reminders not to forget to come. The greeting when I arrived. The nurse doing the initial meeting. The pa who evaluated me. The X-ray tech. All went quickly efficiently and was a great experience. The fact that their physical therapy is in the same location was convenient. My physical therapist was great. And the exercises she gave me are really helping. Thanks to the entire team.
Dr. Bagsby is the best Surgeon. I have had both a hip and Knee replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Bagsby and also the Physical Therapy facility in Dunn. Nc.
All staff were friendly, knowledgeable. I waited less than 5 min.
