Dr. Goswami really listens when you explain your issues and then asks questions to make sure he understands. He explains everything clearly.
Dr. Merz was attentive to my concerns. He thoroughly explained the medical issues with my hip. We agreed on a course of action. I felt the visit was comprehensive and productive. I have a good deal of confidence in him and the path going forward.
Dr Miller examined my knee and x-rays of the knee. He determined what the issue and and prescribed treatment. He’s a caring and kind doctor who is knowledgeable and experienced.
I was surprised what I came in for that she really doesn't do that but she did. Which was very nice of her and she did give me a prescription. But, her staff should be able to tell a person when they call for an appointment what she does and doesn't do. It would say a lot of time and aggravation.
I love EmergOrtho in Oxford. Dr. Smith has always had the best mannerism. I love the girls...always very pleasant ( Brooke and Katie, Lauren) Can't remember all their names. They have the best customer service skills. They make sure the patient is top priority.
The visit was super fast. I got a cortisone shot which turns out it helped the pain from 2 torn ligaments in foot (noted from MRI). He told me if the cortisone doesn't work in a day or two he would see me back. And he left immediately after giving the shot. So I assumed I was free to go and did so. I didnt get any detail about the torn ligaments or what to expect. I didnt get any instructions on how to care for afterwards. Do I keep wearing the boot if pain stops? Do I go back to work after the shot or rest?

Even though I had to wait about 45 minutes to see Dr. Viens, I did not mind. I am very patient waiting for a doctor because I know cases come up that take more time than others. When Dr. Viens came in, I knew from his pleasant smile and his relaxed demeanor, that he would take time with me and he did!!!Dr. Viens explained my condition in terms I could understand and when and if surgery is necessary, he explained that it would be about 4 months before I could be independent again. It was my first time seeing Dr.Soria. Her personality was amazing. Friendly and bubbly, but professional. She instantly knew what the problem was and gave me the choice on how to fix it. She explained everything to me and I chose to have an injection. She was very gentle and reassuring. I was impressed!!
