He is very personable and hip replacement surgery went well.
When my son fell seriously ill, he was paralyzed with fear and inconsolable. But within just a few minutes of his first meeting with Dr. Baerman, she and her assistant Ronnie were able to put him at ease. Fast-forward, my son made a full recovery. But no less important than the success of the surgery and post-operative care, the fact that Dr. Baerman and Ronnie were able to give my son peace of mind was itself a life saver.
He knows his stuff. He explains everything well and doesn’t rush you in and out and makes sure he answers all your questions. I would highly recommend him! Excellent bedside manner. I just love him.

Short wait! Dr. D is always right on the money.After almost 10 years he knows my knee and shoulder problems and treats them accordingly...I can't say enough about his demeanor,interest in finding a solution to a problem and he has a great way of dealing with the patient .% stars always.
Dr. Matthew Popa is AWESOME! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his amazing staff. Thanks to him, I will no longer be in severe pain and I can have a normal life! His bedside manner is great and you can tell he honestly cares about his patients and how his staff treats them. I highly recommend Dr. Popa and EmergOrtho! Thank you Dr. Popa for all you did for me!
