He listens to my issues that contribute to my pain level and prescribes meds to assist me in managing my pain.
Concise and complete information regarding conservative treatment of my condition. I was also given information about surgical options, including recovery time and expectations should I decide that was in my future. Dr. Desaix was very forthright in her assessment and attentive to my concerns.
Everything, immediate care, thorough explanations, great supportive team. I would never entertain the thought of going anywhere else.
Could not ask for better Dr. than Dr. Carpenter. He fixed my thumb and wrist and have not more pain. He is friendly and listens to you, makes a big difference when someone listens.
Meeting Dr. Marks was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Answering and explaining everything I completely understood. Very smart caring Dr. In no kind of way did I feel rushed to answer or ask any questions. I think above all that he made me realize I was at the right Dr. office is his Honesty. So All in all I’m saying in my opinion Dr. Marks is a Great Dr. Staff were very nice. The office was very clean.
Prompt scheduling, x rays done immediately, put in an office to await doctor, and we had a great review of the x ray and what to expect going forward. He encouraged me to keep my range of motion active and gave exercises to do at home or before I engage in sports. He gave me confidence that my joint pain was not the end of the world.
I am three weeks out from an anterior left hip replacement. I can't thank Dr. Rutherford and the entire Emerge team enough. I had no pain in my hip at all after the surgery. The surgical soreness, swelling and bruising improved quickly thanks to the excellent pre-op and post-op instructions. I was off the walker after 2 weeks (stopped using it at home earlier).
