This is my 5th visit to this office and each time has been great. Quick online check-in before my Appt. Very brief check in at the office just to say I am here. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back to see the doctor and the doctor arrived in the room within 10 minutes. They are fast yet thorough and spot on. I have been misdiagnosed elsewhere, come to them and they accurately diagnosed me within minutes! They have become my go-to place for any sprains or injuries. Yes Dr Carpenter has helped me with a broken wrist with surgery and most recently with a frozen shoulder. I highly recommend him. He has a very nice manner and explains things very well.
Dr. Bagsby is very professional. He explained everything well and he listened to me. I have other medical issues going on and I was upset right before I arrived. He and his nurse assistant noticed this. I was super impressed because they put their pen and paper down, sat directly in front of and let me spill my heart out. Outstanding service! He explained and administered my treatment. It was practically painless. I would recommend Dr. Bagsby to all family and friends, even to a total stranger.
