I am very pleased with the staff cus they were able to get me in right away. Have knee problems for awhile now and I was in pain and they got me in a day after I called in. I waited awhile once I got in the treatment room but there was this lady and ask me if I wanted to see a PA cus Dr. Deren is running behind. I told her that I will wait for Dr. Deren. Excellent experience. Dr. Shadduck took a lot of time to explain everything up front, and my recovery has gone very well, now 3 months out. I knew I was in good hands when one of the pre-op nurses complimented me on my choice of surgeons!
Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, great bedside manner... overall Dr. H and his PA were extremely helpful with my mother and her health issue.
I trust Dr Bagsby for all my pain management. She always answers my many, many questions and is patient and informative. I will always see her if given the option.
I met with Dr. Merz, primarily to get a cortisone injection in my knee for my arthritis. He was delightful to talk to and took my mind off the pain of the injection. And, he patiently answered all of my questions.
My first visit with Dr. Howard Miller was perfect! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. My appt was a little rushed just because he was running about 45 minutes behind and I had another appt 25 minutes after he came in. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to everyone.
