Went to see Dr. Crawford for both of my knees hat have been damaged through decades of abuse and hard living. Dr. Crawford was attentive and supportive in my goal to keep my activity level high and help me work through my injuries instead of just trying to get me to dial back. If you’re active and want to remain active in spite of joint pain, Dr Crawford is your guy.

First of all the entire staff was so wonderful from my appointment being able to see Dr Hannibal first then get X-rays and then his staff recommending that I needed trigger point shots immediately because my neck had been locked in spasm for 8 days. They then somehow allowed me to go upstairs to see Dr Toone, who was the most caring and personable doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went here to get my shoulder checked out. My appointment went smoothly. I did not have much of a wait time at all. I got x-rays on site, and Dr. Crawford came to see me pretty quickly afterwards. He was able to answer my questions and made me feel heard; I'm cautiously optimistic that the treatment he proposed will resolve my issue. Dr. Crawford has a good demeanor and I felt comfortable in his care. Overall, this was as good an experience as I might have had, given the circumstances!
