I have never, in many visit types, had a bad experience with Emerge and Dr Bowers kept that trend. He is personable yet professional, helps you relax with his wit and helped me with instant pain relief. I pass on the reference with much enthusiasm. You won't regret.
Dr Massaglia was very patient with us and listened and responded to all of our concerns. He addressed everyone in the room. He made us feel like we were not rushed and insured a smooth transition to services out of state. He made sure that I knew how to contact him with any concerns or questions between appointments using the portal. And told me he would respond quickly. This Dr. show's he his concerned about his patients from day 1 an was the same during the entire procedure
Check in and co-pay was easy online. Wait time was like 10 minutes. Dr. Bowers give a great cortisone shot, no pain. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything going on. The cortisone shot has really helped me get things done on my farm and I’m 72 years old! Thanks Dr. Bowers!
