First of all the entire staff was so wonderful from my appointment being able to see Dr Hannibal first then get X-rays and then his staff recommending that I needed trigger point shots immediately because my neck had been locked in spasm for 8 days. They then somehow allowed me to go upstairs to see Dr Toone, who was the most caring and personable doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went here to get my shoulder checked out. My appointment went smoothly. I did not have much of a wait time at all. I got x-rays on site, and Dr. Crawford came to see me pretty quickly afterwards. He was able to answer my questions and made me feel heard; I'm cautiously optimistic that the treatment he proposed will resolve my issue. Dr. Crawford has a good demeanor and I felt comfortable in his care. Overall, this was as good an experience as I might have had, given the circumstances!Â
