I am a disabled veteran who went to the this office because the VA hospital wasn't seeing any patients because of the virus. First the service was slow, I had to wait far to long for an Steroids injection in my left knee. Secondly, I had a bad reaction to the chemical that they used causing my leg to shrink in size and I loss strength in my leg. Thirdly, I self paid for the service that I received that day. Took me an hour to get there and I was turned away because of high sugar and high BP. Sugar was high because I'd just eaten. I was not told to fast, nor was I told the glucose number over which I couldn’t get the shot. Also, the nurse never asked me if I’d eaten or when I’d eaten! BP was high because I was so anxious about the shot. It was recommended I not get the shot, but they didn’t make that recommendation until AFTER I'd taken 2 Xanax. There went my evening.
