I received good medical care on 10/2021 but the billing department is a mess! I was a Department of Labor case Dr. Brian Woods filed all the required paperwork but the billing department didn’t finish their billing to the Department of Labor. A year later they called having billed my private health insurance and turned me over to collections over the copayments. as a new patient i called for a certain reason and they said they could take care of me and my issues. the problem is not with staff because they were outstanding. my problem was the doctor John Lord, he was at no time to seem to not care just by his remarks and one point he thought it was funny at that point told me go. he was nasty, condescending, flip with the lip, and no concern.
RecommendedThey have deceived me. Please request someone be in the room for your injections, because the doctor’s not alway in there. And then, anything goes… etc…

That was probably the most pointless appointment I've ever had. If you go here for rheumatology, be prepared to have all of your problems written off. Also be prepared to not be listened to. Will never go back.
I had a very bad experience with one of the orthopedic surgeons!!! I'm going through UNC and they are way better!! I would not suggest them for anyone's care!!! sorry
If you have balance and don’t have money to pay they denied medical attention not matter is emergency!
